By being a Member of the "Women of Sacramento Group", I am voluntarily participating in the "Women of Sacramento Group" Membership program which includes various fitness, outdoors, social, and physical activities.

I recognize that my participation in the program requires physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the above mentioned program. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the program.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage know or unknown which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. Such injuries may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, or any other illness or soreness, including death.

I agree to be solely responsible for safety and wellbeing of myself. On behalf of myself and any guests I bring, I hereby voluntarily and forever release and discharge Britt's Bella Vita LLC DBA "Women of Sacramento Hiking Group or WOSH Group" from, covenant and agree not to sue Britt's Bella Vita LLC DBA "Women of Sacramento Hiking Group or WOSH Group" for, and waive, any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, debts, damages, losses, costs, fees, expenses or any other alleged liabilities or obligations of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown for any injuries to me, or my guests in the use of premises and services offered by the groups and its vendors.

The Women of Sacramento Hiking Group Membership provides social networking, member events, workouts, and an online community.

Privacy

"WOSH Group" reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with "WOSH Group" in asserting any available defenses.

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold "WOSH Group" harmless against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my Minor Child’s use of or presence upon the facilities of WOSH GROUP.

 

I understand and agree that the company is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the premises of any vendors or events.

I understand my paid membership is for myself only, and I will not share any details or access to event links with outside group members to maintain the privacy of the group and it's members.

Use of Communication Services

The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "CommunicationServices"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.
